Responsibilities:

Holland, Inc. a recognized leader in the transportation industry currently has a full time administrative position open at our Wheeling IL terminal.

This is an hourly Union position that pays $15. 52, and caps out at $22. 18 on the fourth year.

This position comes with a very generous benefits package that is provider at NO cost to the employee.

  • Successful candidates will have demonstrated proficiency in computer use.
  • Data input speed and accuracy, strong interpersonal skills, team work and phone skills
  • Ability to work independently.

Qualifications

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with billing procedures and the ability to multitask
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in the transportation industry is a plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
