Bachelors degree or equivalent with 5 plus years hands-on exp with CNC machining, if not degreed person could have come up thru the ranks who has done cnc programming and machine setup. Need to be familiar with Auto Cad and Microsoft Office.
Will Develop and implement improvements to production processes, manufacturing equipment and tooling. Plan, Schedule & coordinate major projects. Responsible for equipment design,development and procurement. Coordinate new product launch process including establishing goals, training team members and evaluating results.
Position reports to Sr Mfgring Engr.
70 yr old plant producing shafts for Eaton, Trane, CTS and Black & Decker.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
