5K - $50K a year EDI Coordinator Handi-Foil Corporation, an industry leader in the manufacture, sale, marketing and distribution of recyclable aluminum bake ware has an immediate opening for an EDI Coordinator at our facility in Wheeling, IL.
This privately held company has been in business for more than forty years and is experiencing strong growth year after year.
We are the industry leader in the recyclable aluminum bake-ware category of general merchandise to retail grocery, big box, club, and foodservice supply.
Position Overview This position is responsible for facilitating the daily processing of EDI transactions, as well as managing the company's product data publications via the Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN).
Manage EDI transactions via the company's EDI translator and ERP systems Maintain EDI audit reports and action on identified outliers Handle EDI related import/export errors that occur within the translator and ERP systems Coordinate with other departments to facilitate the setup of new items and customer locations needed for EDI transactions Maintain product data within the GDSN to ensure accurate and up to date information Troubleshoot and resolve product data publication errors Assist the EDI Analyst with EDI projects Position Requirements An ideal candidate for this position will have had prior experience working with EDI, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
He/she will have proficient skills in the Microsoft Office suite and have a strong attention to detail.
Experience with 1World Sync and Oracle EBS is a plus.
Prior experience with EDI, preferably in a manufacturing environment Proficient skills with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Access, Word, etc.
) Strong attention to detail with analytical problem solving abilities Ability to work well in a team environment Ability to provide remote support during off hours when needed Experience with 1WorldSync preferred Experience with Oracle EBS preferred This position provides an opportunity to achieve significant career growth while helping to grow the company.
