This position is fully on-site at our Wheeling office with a set 8a-5pm work schedule Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Greet customers and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude and in professional attire.
Answer phones in a professional manner, screening and routing calls as necessary.
Provide information to callers.
Take and relay messages.
Provide excellent customer service.
Help maintain workplace security by maintaining visitor logs.
Ensure knowledge of personnel whereabouts and maintain exact and complete sign-out/sign-in procedure for guests and on-site staff.
Provide general administrative and clerical support when phones are not busy.
Assist colleagues with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing and data entry during slow times.
Perform ad-hoc administrative duties.
Receive mail, sort and deliver to appropriate personnel.
Process outgoing FedEx shipments.
Other duties may be assigned.
Educational Qualifications and Skills:
High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Prior experience as a receptionist.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Good time management skills.
Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
