Order Expeditor - Health and Wellness Industry
Are you a customer service-driven individual who is interested in joining a well-established and innovative company in a booming industry? Bathing Brands, a national leader in the distribution, installation, and maintenance of steam and sauna bathing environments, is searching for a full-time Order Expeditor.
This role is critical to the success of our sales force and our internal and external clients.
The Order Expeditor is a member of our Global Supply Chain team and will work closely with Supply Chain, Sales, Inventory, and Warehouse.
You will be the traffic director who processes our many daily orders, determining which of our warehouses will fulfill them, then release for processing.
Responsibilities of the Order Expeditor role include reviewing orders and ensuring accuracy, verifying stock availability, scheduling shipments and drop-ships, and notifying the sales team of any potential concerns.
The successful candidate will be incredibly organized, have an eye for detail, and possess stellar customer service skills.
Other essential requirements are excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem solving, along with previous shipping and data entry experience.
