Develop, plan and implement annual OSHA, JCAHO and State/Federal required in-service training programsAnalyze, develop and implement skills enhancement as necessary, for Associates and licensed professional personnelParticipate in Campus QAPI program meeting analyzing data to direct future initiatives in Associate DevelopmentStrategize with the Departmental Directors to identify potential developmental areas throughout the campus.
Develop course curriculum to address identified needs of each departmentDevelop and manage Clinical Competency testing for licensed nursing, CNAs and RCAsRegularly develop and revise effective written materials such as outlines, lesson plans, handouts, evaluation tools and CQI initiativesObserve and instruct staff in following safety practices at all times.
Oversee restorative nursing program.
Participate in Resident Care Plans.
Required skills and
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse with current Illinois licensure.
At least 1 year experiemce in general staff nursing.
