Responsibilities:
Quality- Develops, implements, and maintains systems to assure the quality of products and ensures compliance with customer requirements, quality policy, and company standards.
Correspondence- Manages system for customer defect analysis, corrective actions, and reports on root causes.
Efficiency- Continually reviewing product performances and processes to validate the procedure by collected data.
Personnel- Schedules day to day tasks for quality department and monitors employees to ensure the same quality procedures and policies are being followed.
Equipment- Continuously trying to improve inspection methods, equipment, product quality, efficiency and assurance.
Promotes, develops, and oversees compliance of the company quality system.
Effectively assuring compliance of customer requirements by managing quality policies, standards, procedures, programs and practices.
Job Requirements:
High School diploma or GED required College degree preferred Minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing with managing experience Proficient with computers Ability to manage time, organizational skills, and able to work independently Strong work ethic and positive team attitude Good judgement, decision making, and problem solving skills Able to create and review technical documentation, special customer projects, test procedures and design documentation.
Certificates in Six Sigma, Quality Auditing, and Quality Engineering.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
