provides full component level repairs for all industrial electronic and electrical equipment.
We repair inverter, spindle and servo drives, power supplies, circuit boards, monitors, encoders, motors, motion control and many other devices used in CNC and industrial automation applications.

Position Summary :
The Sales & Customer Service Representative is responsible for growing revenue and profits by executing sales tactics to customers over the phone and email while providing guidance and support to new and existing customers.
QUALIFICATIONS AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS Education:
High School diploma or equivalent education and experience.
Associate's Degree in business or equivalent education and experience preferred.
Experience:
1
years of account service and/or sales experience is preferred.
Time management skills and attention to details are required.
Technical knowledge in CNC electronics and familiarity with CNC equipment is preferred.
Must have advanced computer skills and have the ability to communicate effectively.
Industrial electronics knowledge is a plus.
Physical:
Stamina to work all assigned hours Must be able to work in an environment that involves sitting at a computer for long periods of time.
Must be able to hear in order to take/give instruction and information.
Use of hands 100% of the workday.
Language:
Speak, read, and write English specific to the nature of the work.

Troubleshooting and problem solving skills Strong interpersonal skills are essential for our team environment Knowledge of Windows, Excel, and Word Ability to work in a team environment Key Responsibilities Educate current and prospective customers on Precision Zone's product and service offerings Provide technical guidance and advice based on customer's needs and available service offerings Gather Account Information to Increase Sales Opportunities Establish and/or extend current relationships with customers Provide Quotes and Responses to Inquiries Effectively and Efficiently Conduct phone calls to acquire new customers and drive sales Optimize call plans to maximize time on the phone and overall efficiency Work as a team with technical staff and other departments to ensure the best possible customer service Detailed Duties Enter quotations and orders into sales order processing systems Ensure accurate sales information including proper and accurate delivery, payment terms, and other critical order information Confirm all orders with account; perform follow-up and order clean-up as necessary Work with our internal Technical Support department to communicate evaluation and troubleshooting details to customers Work with our internal Logistics department to communicate all necessary details regarding customer shipments Gather equipment failure information and alarm information Identify and help customers order parts as deemed necessary through troubleshooting Research and documentation of technical problems and solutions using our knowledge base, ICARUS Update Customers on status of repair and sales orders Meet daily call requirements Represent Precision Zone; demonstrate exemplary execution of Precision Zone values with business partners and emerging businesses Pro-actively develop new business through outgoing calls Ensure high degree of customer satisfaction Interact with all departments to effectively meet goals Respond to account inquiries by phone, email or through other means Manage email accounts effectively Additional task and duties may be required Job Type:
