ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, scanning, managing, and processing invoices, opening, and distributing mailed documents, and delivering daily checks and invoices to the post office.
Additional responsibilities will include assisting AP in processing stock invoices and serving as emergency backup on check runs.
The ideal candidate must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task.
Prior experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX is preferred but not required.
The hours for this position are Monday through Friday 8:
00am-5:
00pm.
JOB RESPONSIBIITIES Scan all documents pertaining to AP/Accounting Take daily checks and invoices to the post office as well as certified mail when needed Maintain invoices in Readsoft Send out daily Billing invoices Open and distribute daily mail and scan non-trade invoices to Readsoft Process invoices in Exflow Assist AP on processing stock invoices when needed Properly box up all scanned documents to be brought to warehouse Pickup receiving paperwork from warehouse for AP Ensure department paper supply is stocked at all times Learn all aspects of check runs to be emergency back up Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
